Check out day and fast passes

Hi all just needed to pick some Disney brains
We are spending the first week at HRH universal then longboat key and will spend our check in day at WDW old key west travelling back from the coast and taking it slowly. Apart from wanting a relaxed day we also want to ensure we can access the parks on our final check out day before heading to the airport as we have done previously. The question is can we book fast passes for check out day or not?
This will be our first time using the bands and pre booking our passes so all a bit new to us.

The question is can we book fast passes for check out day or not?

as long as you have tickets for that day, yes you can.

anyhow, your onsite perks end at midnight following your check out. So for your whole check out day, you're still an onsite guest with full benefits (dining, ammenities usage, perks, and so on). (this solves the 60days onsite / 30days offiste FP+ window issue)

You will be able to book FP+ for each day you ahve tickets and/or are spending onsite, i.e. if you check in and are staying onsite for 6 nights, you will be able to book FP+ for check-in AND check-out day as long as you have tickets covering all of those days. If you just have 4 days of tickets, you will only be able to book 4 days worth of FP+.

Providing you have the tickets, it's a great plan. We had 3 FP+ for Epcot on our final morning (as our nearest park to SSR) and it was a great choice. We arrived about half an hour after rope drop (once we'd stowed bags at bell services) and then headed back to the resort for lunch and to meet the DME at about 1pm. It was a great way to end the trip!
