"No...sooner than Wednesday soon!!" "How 'bout tomorrow?" "Yep!! THAT soon!!" Sometimes it's like pulling teeth!!

Working in a call center SUCKS!

They randomly screen and monitor calls to verify that you're upholding policies. I was still ON a call with a customer (not Disney - another company) and a manager came RUNNING to me and told me to NOT say what I was saying. (I was being truthful...I'd never used the service, and they wanted me to lie and say I had used it...)

So, their job is on the line which is why you have to work the information out of them.

BELIEVE me....they want to give you the information probably more than you actually want to hear it!
