Check-in times

Does anyone know what time check-in opens for the Travel City Direct EAF mid-day flight? And is it definately Gatwick South Terminal?

We're staying at the Hilton, so are hoping to pop over, checkin, and then go back to the hotel for brekky etc.

For transatlantic flights check in is at least 3 hours before your flight due to the increased security etc.

The check in desks usually open a bit before this.
