Check in time

Here is a question for anybody who has already been to FW. I read in Birnbaum's 2005 Disney Guide that check in time for the fort is 1pm. I read in another book that it is 3pm. Which is the correct time here? Thanks

Campsite 1:00PM
Cabin 3:00PM

With those times in mind, we usually arrive between 7:00AM and 8:00AM and check in. If our accommodations are not ready we just park in the big lot and start our Disney stay.
