Check in Time Question

Checked into VGC today around 12:00, got text that studio was ready at 3:12pm.

We've stayed at OKW twice using points, 2BR, checked in around 11am. The first time our assigned villa was ready. The second time our assigned villa was not ready, but we were switched to one in the next building that was ready. I do always keep in mind that our villa may not be ready until 4pm or later, but so far we've been lucky.
