Check IN time at Nick??

I know check out is 11am...
but I can not find it anywhere on the website or my confirmation what time Check in is - or if you can check in early and hang out there just not go to your room til later... like Disney does...
we are only staying there ONE night so I would like to make the most of it! TIA

You can check in early they will give you wrist bands so you can use the pool then call you when your room is ready. If you are checking in on the weekend i highly doubt you'll get into your room early. During the week you stand a much better chance. We just got back and loved it! My daughter and i where both chosen to be in shows. Let me know if you have any questions i would be happy to answer them.

we will be going from Disney's POP to Nick on a Thursday...
don't really care about the room til later anyways... just wanna go play and have fun at the pools and stuff!

officially, check-in time is 4:00. but like indsun said, that's just a formality. last time we were there was during the week, and we got a room right when we got there. they offered us a choice of character rooms and even gave us a Spongebob suite without the additional upcharge.

Thanks for the replies. We are staying there in Oct. The lady I spoke to on the phone said that we couldn't get through the guard shack until after 12 for check-in? Has anybody had this experience? She would not let me book the Spongebob breakfast on check-in day because she said I couldn't enter until 12... I booked it for the second day instead.

we checked in a little after 11 a couple of weeks ago. the guard let us right in, and they had staff at the entrance ready to assist with luggage.
