I already did our online check in but at the time we had not received our passports, we just received them so I went back to the online check in and added our passport info. I printed it out at the end - is this all I need or will I also receive something in the mail to bring? I keep reading about "cruise documents" is that what I printed?

Also - one of my children (DS5) is booked in my mom's room. We are not arriving at the port together (my mom is flying and we are driving) My DS will be with me - will I be able to check him in? - should I have a copy of her cruise documents with me? :confused3

Thanks for the help! :goodvibes

For the first question, yes the documents that you printed are the ones to bring. You will get documents from DCL as well, including your itinerary and luggage tags. As you are driving, they will check your ID and tickets when you pull up to drop off luggage. Once luggage has been dropped, you can take everyone except the driver and proceed on. When you arrive you enter the building, go through security and then get in the chick in line. Once the car has been parked, the driver enters the building and joins you. When you get to the counter you will then need the docs that you printed at home as well as passports for all.

As for your son, if he is not on your reservation I *think* that you will need to wait for your mom. I don't think that htey wil let you check her in as she has to produce ID's, etc.

Have a great trip!

The printout is the sailing contract that you need to sign and bring with you.

The cruise documents is a nifty book showing all kinds of details like your itinerary, booked excursions, Palo dining, kids club registrations, etc. The book is great, but it's not something you *need* to sail. It's just really useful.

Also inside the cruise documents are your luggage tags and instructions on when you use them -- it varies if you are using DCL transport or if you are arriving on your own.
