so i just did the online check in and i was wondering some of the group is driving in and some are coming in on the bus. do they still do a parking pass do i need just to go to the front desk to grab one when i get there since i don't need to check in?

Depends where you're staying, and can change on a daily basis. Some resorts are still issuing paper passes, and some are not. Regardless, if they're issuing passes, it should be waiting for you at the guard shack. You won't be able to use your magic band to get through the resort's gate until you use it on your room door.

i did not see a car part on the online check in i sent them a picture of the confirm so they can show that when they drive in.....should i do anything else i will get there way before they arive

Well I have there magic bands I send the a copy of our confirms with their names on it hope it's enough to not have any issues. Also what about the MK parking part what proof do they need so they don't get hit for the now 20 bucks?

Ok but I am flying down with their magic bands and meeting them at the hotel. What happens if the bands are at the hotel?

They tell the guard that they have a reservation. He looks it up. Depending on the resort and the time of year, they may get a paper pass, or they may not.
