I think we will arrive around 2 or 2:30pm, I know it's not check in time and I know we can go in and get our tickets/express pass, but is ther a phone number we can call to see if the room is ready or not? I just want to know if we should take our suitcases in or leave them in the car. Thanks!

Definitely take your bags in with you as, whether or not your room is ready, they can be checked with Bell Services.

When we were there last month we checked in at 5:45 am (so that we could make the 7 am Early Entry) and our room was ready.

We normally self park, leave the stuff in the car, and go check in. If the room is ready we walk out to the car and get our stuff and head to the room. If it's not ready, give then your cell # and they will call you when it's ready with your room number. No need to go back to the front desk just go to the room, or in out case get jug gage and go to room.

Remember your unlimited express passes are your hotel keys. Everyone in the room will be issued their own room key with full name and age printed on them.

like bluer said, don't stop at the lobby counter when you return from the park.

your hotel card keys will be programmed to your room once it has been assigned.

you'll be in the park during that time period so you don't have to do a thing.

return and go straight to your room.

if your luggage is not in your room, call star service on the phone for delivery.
or call 'luggage' on your phone.
