Check in question and park tickets?

We are going to Kidani Villiage October 8th. Since we are using my husbands families points and all everything was bought sepertly. Like the dinning plan and the park tickets. We are wondering if when we check in at the resort if all the dinning plans and our park tickets well be combined on one kttw card. His mom said when they went in july for a few days they didnt have problems. but her story tends to change sometimes and that was there first time using the dvc. IF anyone can give me an idea of what to do about that when we get to the resort. I would have to have to walk around the parks with like 3 differnt cards trying to remmeber what is what. Or any tips as well for kidani village would be great as well. Thanks!!

Your dining plan credits will be pooled and available on all KTTW cards for the room.

The DDP will be one your room keys. The tickets...it depends....did you have the park tickets physically shipped to you or are the will call?

If shipped, after check-in go to the concierge desk and your tickets can be added to the room key. They have been updating some resort systems, so if they are will call, you may or may not be able to add them at that time. You may need to go to a park or DtD and physically pick up the tickets, and then return to the resort to have the concierge add them to your room key.

Honestly, I prefer having my park tickets separate from the room key, when traveling with friends that had them added, they had problems with the key card not scanning properly at the parks over the separate tickets.
