Remember the taxes, about $2K or so for most people/
I'm thinking that a husband and wife CANNOT both enter unless they're living at different addresses per the underlined section of the rules that you quoted. It's one entry per day per person (H&W can both enter), per cell (H&W can both enter if they have different cell #s), AND per address (only H OR W can enter unless they have different addresses).
You gotta believe!![]()
This is how I am reading it too. To be safe, only I'm entering, even though DH has his own cell and email address.
So I have been entering everyday and just had a wonderful thought come into my head this morning. What if someone won more than one dayI wonder if Disney would let them combo the two trips into a giant 8 night stay with 2000.00 spending money!!! Of course the chances of someone winning the drawing twice in 60 days would be would be so astronomical, they would probably also be struck by lightening before they got to take the trip
What if a husband and wife both won on separate days!!! That would be so cool

Lets see if I can answer some of the questions I've seen here...
I've won two WDW trips, one through Alamo (2005) and one through McDonalds (2006). Both trips were administered through the WDW Contest Winners Department (yes there is such a department).
I would believe that a contest offfered by Disney would also be administered by the WDW Contest Winners Department.
1. You can pick almost ANY standard room on site, provided that: (a) it is available, (b) it is not DVC, (c) it is not a Ft. Wilderness cabin, (d) I seem to recall, for the McDonalds trip, that GF was not a choice either, maybe because of availability. For both of our trips, we selected three choices - and in each case we got our first choice. And you can be rather specific. For example, on our Alamo trip, we chose AKL (Savanah view). On our McDonalds trip, we chose the Poly (Tuvalu - MK view).
2. Yes, you can add extra people AND extra days ... at your own expense. Of course you will have to pay the extra airfare/tickets/etc. The WDW Contest administrator will help you get everyone on the same flight. We turned our McDonalds trip (4 people, 4 nights) into a 6 people 2-week vacation. We had a crib for our youngest at the Poly, which normally sleeps 5 but were thus able to squeeze six into the room. After our 4 nights were done at the Poly, we stayed offsite. And we had unused park tickets from a previous trip (which back then didn't expire).
3. The park tickets that you win as part of the prize cannot be upgraded or extended. They are considered to have zero value promotional tickets. If you want to visit the parks more than what the prize allows, you'll have to buy a seperate set of tickets. Nor can you add extras, like waterparks.
4. The ARV of the prize was non-negotiable for both of my wins. What is stated as the value of the prize in the rules will be added to your income, and your taxes will increase in accordance with the increase in income. You WILL be sent an IRS form from the contest administrator for withholding of these taxes. My understanding is that the WITHHOLDING on a prize is quite high (on the order of 50% of the ARV), but that is NOT the taxes that you actually end up paying. In our case, we were successfully able to show, for both of our trips, that we had very large refunds from the previous years that would more than cover the cost of the additional taxes...and we had nothing extra withheld. In the end, we got a couple of top notch Disney vacations for the entire family for about $1000 each (which was the extra taxes we ended up paying).
5. Read the rules carefully. If you win, you WILL be required to sign an affadavit stating that you entered the contest in accordance with the rules. If you cheat on the entry (or enter too often), and then win and sign the affadavit, and are caught cheating, you could get into legal trouble.
