Check In for 20 year old and 16 Year old

We as DVC members who are flying in with our DD and land in MCO at 11pm at night. We are staying at BLT.

DD’s friends are flying in and landing that day at 10am, so 13 hours before us. They are brother and sister, ages 16 and 20. Are they going to have a problem checking into our room when it’s ready without us being there?

The minimum age to check into a Disney Hotel is 18. Do they have MagicBands? If they do and you've completed online check-in, they could go direct to the room once it's ready.
