check in day and air flights

My daughter will be arriving September 5th to do her CP. I know that check in is at a certain time. What happens if her flight is delayed? Any ideas. I can't send her down a day early and put her up somewhere as doing two disney trips this year is going to really strap us (at least the second one we won't ahve to pay park admission )

I am debating between two airlines. One allows me to pick her seat now, the other she won't be able to get until at the airport. I just want things to go smoothly for her and don't want any problems if the unthinkable happens (delayed flights, lost luggage, etc).

What airlines are ya looking at? I dont know for sure about the check in times but I think they go into the evening hours but the earlir you get there the more likely you'll get the apartment choice you want. I always fly airtran (not sure if you have them) and its a nice flight, they have direct flights so less likely to be delayed. I am flying down in june for my PI and will use them since I'll have a cat along for the ride. If you have any other questions I'd be happy to try to answer them. Just PM me or something

Just make sure she will be at Vista before 1pm, as check-in is 9-1. If she is late, that will be bad as it pushes everything back. 1 good thing is that Mears goes to Vista.
