Check In Check Out Question

If we were to book a two bedroom villa for two weeks next fall and then have two of our friends and their two children join us for the first week and then have two other friends and their two children join us for the second week would we have to check out & check in or could they just switch names on the reservation for the second week?

You should be able to go to the desk and ask them to change the names and issue new keys for them. Will you have the dining plan? That may complicate it.

When we had a GV last year, we had several people coming and going at different times. This was known beforehand, and MS did have them all on the reservation correctly. They were able to pick up their keys at the front desk when they arrived.

As Debbie B said, if you have a Dining Plan, it will complicate things. All person in the room, regardless of thir arrival/departure dates, must have the plan for the entire length of the reservation.

If you are not on a dining plan, it really shouldn't be a problem to swap guests during a stay.
