When we were there in May, they were a bit busy and made no apologies that the room might not be ready till 4:30/5:00. They also asked for our cell phone to call when the room was ready, but they never did. We were SOO disappointed in our check-in this past trip at RPR. Said so too in our post-stay survery. We received a nice note back from the Asst. Front Desk Manager personally apologizing for that (and one other issue we had with the bell staff).
