Last October, we checked in early; don't remember the exact time, though. Our place was not ready, but they did give us all our paperwork and such. We then came back after 4 and got our keycard.

We had a car, so I don't know if they would hold your luggage or food for you. I would just call and ask. If you don;t ahve their number, check their website www.myorangelake.com (or is it .net???).

We checked in around 3 and did all the paperwork, but had to come back around 4 for our keys. We just drove up to see where the room would be and killed a bit of time. They were able to tell us where we would be and it was obviously ready, so it must be policy. ??
