This will be our first stay at BWV and we will be arriving on a Sunday morning. My question is regarding the valet parking. Assuming that our room will not be ready, do we go ahead and take in our luggage or leave it in the car. If we leave it then we have to have the car brought to the front again to unload later in the day when the room is ready. Since we are driving we will probably have a lot of misc. stuff (drinks, food, etc.)Any advise?

Bell services will store all of your belongings (luggage, laptop, food, etc.) for you until you get your room. There is no need to keep them in the car and have to have valet services bring the car back. We have used valet and bell services several times at BWV and have had no problems.

That's the easiest way, just have them unload the car and put everything on a cart and then put it into storage. When you get to the room, call them and they will bring it up. I tip both, the person who unloads the car and the person who brings it up.

One time I saw a bellman in the hall pushing a cart where people put food into plastic storage bins, I thought that was a good idea if you are driving.

We just finished a stay at BWV from 4/10-17 and I was very impressed with the Bell Services. We went out and purchased a bunch of groceries after arrival (a Friday night). Even though they appeared extremely busy, they unloaded our car right away and had delivered them to our room before I had returned from self parking.
