Is there anywhere to check your email on or off Disney property for free?

Public libraries are the best places. I checked my email on the way out of town when we were in Orlando. I have no idea where the closest library to WDW is, though (the one I stopped at was almost out of town).

If you plan on going to Disney Quest, they have some terminals where you can access the internet. The terminals are free, but you obviously do need to pay to get into DQ.
