Today I was playing those games on VMK that you stand in an hour line for. Well, I was in third place after waiting for like 1 hour and 20 minutes. I was at "Flood!huge prizes!" When after I lost he said pay, watch, or boot, I had waited so long I decided to pay. I payed with a skeleton at the helm. Right after I payed I got ready to play again and I had gotten booted!! I'm not sure if this only happened to me, but I am really ticked off!! The owner's name was alphabraveben!

Ok, let me get this straight. Here's what it appears you wrote:

1. You waited a long time to get into a game room.
2. You played for free the first time? Got third place.
3. After, you could pay to play again, watch or get the boot.
4. You paid Skeleton at the Helm to play again.
5. Room owner booted you.

If that's the case, you did not lose anything from this guy. I don't
visit any rooms that have "pay to play" anyway, but from where I'm
sitting, you got a chance to play, lost the game, and then paid
a free Kellogg's item? I don't see where this is a problem.

Consider that if this guy is booting you for paying with a cheap freebie,
other room owners might not let you play at all.

I hate people who scam to get free stuff. I payed 2 Red rope room dividers, and got to the game. You had to get to a chair at the top of the room, but the way to the chair was blocked. When a VMK staff member came into the room because of reports of people getting scammed, the guy makes it possible to get up to the chair. I was where he took stuff away, so I got up to the "throne". The owner was suppossed to give magic to whoever made it to the "throne", but rather booted me after I started saying that he moved stuff. Thankfully, I think the guy got banned, so at least the staff member noticed him move stuff too.

it is a problem because the room owner never said what to pay. So he should have let you play.
i will tell people not to play if he is mean like that.

the strang thing is... i went to the room and i played. i lost so i payed. but i didnt get booted. then i won and i have to tell u a secret its not a huge prize like it says so in the title of the room

I still don't feel the original poster was cheated. He was able to play the
game, and paid to play a second time with a FREE Kellogg's item worth
nothing in credits to lose. Maybe the room owner didn't like that the
guy was using Kellogg's furniture.

In any case, the person still played and lost. It's not like they paid first,
and never got the chance to play.

If the boot occurred after paying with a nice buyable piece of furniture,
then I'd say there would be cause for complaint.

I agree with BriarLori - there is no value in the free Kelloggs furniture. I have seen people booted from games for giving the same item. I left that room - because why should you have to pay for a game anyhow.

On the other hand, I've been in game rooms where the owner promises big rare prize and by chance I won and my big rare prize: got the pirate at the helm as the rare prize or a pirate sword table.

What do you think of those prizes?

That as a prize stinks as well. "Big Rare Prize = Skeleton's Helm" Give me a break. This is I only do staff games anymore.

I give up on any room game on VMK, unless it is DIS. I mean there are so many scammers, cheaters, and that sort of thing on VMK, so you never know. Some games are really great, some are the worst. I don't take any chances, especially if the line is more than 5 people long.

Oh, and also, if the item you lost has no real value, it isn't a big deal. Let's see, if it was something at least over 100 credits, then I would be mad.

i guess u didn't lose to much, i mean u did pay with something that u can get for free.
i wouldn't look at it as a total waste.
