Cheapest you have ever stayed at Disney

The cheapest we stayed was in 2004. We stayed at Pop for 9 nights this was the old package that included the park hoppers. Our package price was less than $1200. And a friend of mine had purchased tickets for SW and received a large credit and sold us 4 roundtrip tickets for $300 because she would've lost the credit and it helped us both out. Then when we got to Orlando we have a friend who owns an oil co there and they lent us a company car so we didn't have to pay for a rental or transportation to and from airport. (Before ME)

In 2001 we booked the kids stay and play and fly free promotion. We booked r/t air, rental car, 8 nights at All-Star Movies, with length of stay Ultimate tickets (p/h and w/parks). It was a great deal for 2A 2C around 2200.00. September 11th came. 10 days later we were scheduled to travel. There was another terror alert and I couldn't get on the plane. We called our travel agent. She cancelled our air and rental, and dropped a night and tickets at our hotel. We threw the kids in the van and headed to Disney. 2 days down, 2 days back cost us around 375.00 for gas, hotels and food from MA to FLA. Our travel company refunded us 850.00 for the air, rental car and 1 night of room and tickets. Our trip, without food and souvies was under $1800.

October 2004 we got an AP rate of $139 a night at AKL for pool view which was 40% off rack rate :cheer2: Plus we then got upgraded to a deluxe pool view :)

We've gotten $49/night twice for All Star Movies, and $59/night for Pop Century. In early Dec, 2002, we got the Grand Floridian for $199/night!!! In 2004, we got Wilderness Lodge for $129/Night!!

August 2001 - $169.00 Contemporary Garden View (general code) However, at check in got upgraded to Tower MK view.

December 2001 - $49.00 All Star Movie (post card received)

November 2005 - I know we got a good deal since a code came out during our trip and it saved us money. Our TA at the time was wow after she said she didn't think the difference wouldn't be that great of a savings.

$59 a night Labor Day weekend 2006, I have $74 for June 1-4(summer season is $109) both All Star Sports(this is the only way I stay here). Both AP rates.

My dad got a great rate at Ft. Wilderness Cabins about 11 years ago, I don't remember what it was though.

$55 per night at Pop a few years ago on my friends CM discount. With the same Cm discount we have gotten $77 CSR, $99 CBR, $125 AKL pool view. Gotta love the CM friends! This year we decided to give her a break and do the Swan teacher rate of $149. Still better than what she could have gotten for us at any Epcot resort so it's all good!

About 5 years ago we stayed at Contemp Resort for $164 in the Tower facing the MK, the first time we stayed at POFQ we paid this same amount,so we were delighted to be paying that at CR and when the CM said you have a tower room on the MK side we were very excited and we sooo enjoyed the view- plus we got the additional surprise of MNSSHP fireworks several nights! Would love to stay there again for that price in that same room.

These were all AP discounts for standard view rooms and all occurred between 2002 and 2006 -

$59 at values several times
$69 at POP this past October - we booked this during the trip - decided to add a night and got lucky.
$79 for CSR (were given free upgrades to waterview twice)
$109 for WL
$129 for AKL (but we elected to upgrade to concierge at check-in).

Checked into Disney on the day that Hurricane Charley was hitting Florida. CBR was not allowing check in's so we were put in the CR Magic Kingdom view for $154 a night.

Last year a DVC owner listed a 5 night stay in a studio at Old Key West for auction on e-bay. I won the auction at $405.00!! I thought that was pretty darn good. We had a great time and are now seriously thinking about buying into DVC!

$49 per night at the Values several times in 2003 and 2004.....we haven't had this rate come up since!

POFQ $79/night (AP rate) + $98 RT airfare + Q&C vouchers/Character Breakfast vouchers from hotwire, and we already had our AP's and shared a round trip van to/from MCO with other family members.

I took the 3 princesses to WDW in the Summer of '04 for 8 days staying at a mod for a total of less than $1500. We couldn't have done any other type of family vacation for less.

we had a room at broadwalk villas and room was smokey we complained and asked for a new room.As it was christmass there was none available so they put us up in the inns conciarge for 12 nights over chritmass and new year think cost was $6000.00 we used about 200 points

We stayed at the Ft. Wilderness Campground in 1975 for $12/night. We've also stayed at ASM for $49/night. Lowest price for a moderate was $74/night at POR and lowest for deluxe was $124 for Savannah view (AP standard view rate with free upgrade) at AKL in 2003.

We used to stay at Ft. Wilderness Campground when I was a child and I remember my mother thinking $12 a night was so expensive.:lmao:

Our most recent cheapest is AKL back in Sept. 2005 for $99 a night for a Savannah room. We originally had a standard room for that rate. They upgraded us because my son said, "This is the most beautiful house he ever saw." The manager heard it and asked if he would like to meet the giraffes during breakfast from our room. We loved it. Best vacation hands down!!!!!

ive gotten 109 at akl and just after 9/11 disney gave discounts for police and fire dept members so we were able to stay in the poly-it was discounted more than the ap but i cant remember how much we paid

We used to stay at Ft. Wilderness Campground when I was a child and I remember my mother thinking $12 a night was so expensive.:lmao:

You're mother was right. It was expensive for 1975. I think most campgrounds back then were around $6-8/night.

1995 $139/night for Ft Wilderness cabin room only
2001 $49/night for All Star Music AP rate
2001 $79/night for POFQ (not FQ then) room only, CBR same price but AP rate
2003 $124/night for AKL Savannah vew (free upgrade, post card rate)

Back in 2003, we got in on the pay for four-stay for 7 deal. We had 7 nights at CSR, 2A and 2C Ultimate PHs (this included no exp. tix and water parks) for about $1300. I think we need another 4 for 7 deal!!;)
