Cheapest way to get to captain nemo restaurant?

Hello, does anyone know the easiers and cheapest way to get to captain nemo restaurant? It is located offisite disney in Kissimmee.

The cheapest way would probably be using public transportation (buses) from the TTC to the Caribbean Village Shopping Center. It will not be the most convenient way to get around. Bus fare is $2/adult, one way.

Reviews are pretty bad.

A rental car is the best way, but it doesn't sound like it makes sense to rent a car just to try this place.
