I went in december and stayed at the thompson explorers the first night and then moved on to the cheyenne, i actually preferred being at the explorers. how does this work out getting tickets for the park, what are all the passes you can get?

For most people staying offsite, an annual pass (AP) is the best option.

You can find more information about them here: http://www.dlrpmagic.com/planning/booking/annual-passports/

There are often special offers on some French sites such as free childrens AP when you buy an adult one.

Having an AP means you get discount in all the shops and restaurants. It also means you can use extra magic hours.

Depending on when you are going and for how many nights you might get an even better deal from one of the flash sales.

The AP's bouught from CEM and Promoparcs are discounted but you've also got a one off joining fee and postage which makes the saving not great unless you've got children under 7 and then you can atm get a free AP for them too.

When were you thinking of going ? :)
