Thanks. DH has just pointed out that, as we go in January, I might not want to drive in those conditions. I hadn't thought of that. Might go back to pricing up Eurostar and 2 rooms at Santa Fe.

other thing.. is that they have much better roads... so if youre going to go to eurostar anyway... you may as well drive the extra and just drive the whole lot.. its only our roads you have to worry about! haha.. and yes you can pack loads of shoes, boots etc! haahha
