Coming from the west coast, what month would be the cheapest month to buy airline tix to orlando? I assume Dec but I dont know for sure... We want to go to DW in mid March.

Thanks.

Just watch the time around Easter. It gets really expensive to fly down and WDW is busy! We always like February... but you can have some chilly days, especially in the morning!

I bought tickets from Delta coming from San Francisco to Orlando in February. Our trip is from April 21 - April 26. We have stop overs in both ways (Detroit one way and Minneapolis the other way). Luckily they had a special deal, so our tickets were only $200 round trip including tax! Only bad thing is each checked in luggage is $25.

You should subscribe to sites like TravelZoo and they'll email you when tickets going to Orlando are on sale. The only problem is they are often only on sale for a few days (or one day!). This means you might have to make arrangements in a short period of time.

Hope this helps!

Try to book a flight, seven months before the date you want to fly, between tuesday and thursday, the earliest departure or latest arrival possible. Book it around 7pm, or first thing in the morning.;)
Used to work for Mexicana Airlines.

We don't fly from the west coast but we have often found the best rates to be in Sept. Significantly less than Oct.
