In January 2001, we stayed at the Yacht Club for $169 (that did NOT include tax) a night. That was with an AP rate.
In October 2001, we had the Swan for $99 a night. That didn't include tax, and we waived the resort fee. That was with the TEACH rate.
In January 2002, we stayed at the Poly Concierge for $259 a night and that DID include our taxes. That was with a code from Mousesavers (thanks Mary!).
And, I know it isn't a deluxe, in September of this year, we are staying at the All Star Movies Resort for $60.25 a night. That includes tax. Yep--our first time EVER in a Value Resort. Nervous, but excited to save some money for our BIG trip in January 2004!!!!! Hoping for a discounted Epcot resort then. Heck, who knows, maybe we will love All Stars and stay there again
AKL Savannah view (Sept 5th/01) - $165/night plus tax -- AP rate
We could have had a standard view for $139/night plus tax but without the savannah view, I'd rather be spending my $$$ at All Stars or POFQ.
$132/night for Poly w/ marina view in Nov. 1999. It was an awesome room and an even better location. We had ressies at POR but they overbooked. Yeah for us!
$124 for the Beach Club in 1994. We were originally booked at CBR at that rate but we got a phone call asking if we wanted to upgrade for the same price. Needless to say we did
for july 2002 $129.00 for AKL reg view. I am so excited, yes I know its not the SAvannah view room, but hey I have wanted to stay at this resort since it opened and I am too excited to let my room view keep me away.
