Cheapest place to get a PSP?

I'm thinking of getting my 2 DSS each a Sony PSP for Xmas. It looks like the going rate is $250{Best Buy, Circuit City}. Anyone have any info on any cheaper places or any deals that I could save a few bucks. I belong to Ebates.com, so if I buy them on-line, I'd go through there for some savings. But are there any other store deals out there?

I have not seen any prices lower than $249.00 unfortunately and I've been looking the last month.
