Cheapest one way trip from DTD Marriott to MCO?

My sister is driving my neice down to WDW for the WDWCP next week. She will be staying at the DTD Marriott while my neice gets checked in. She'll be flying home on Fri, 8/29. What is the easiest, cheapest way to get a one-way trip from DTD Marriott to MCO for her flight home? Her flight is about 2:00pm.

It is $16 (zone 4) to Orlando International Airport . The towncar services will probably be in the range of $50, plus tip. Both can be booked online. I assume that the vehicle that is being driven down with the niece will be left with the niece.
