Cheapest off-site options for 4 adults/3 children?

Any advice? Trying to help someone plan their trip and they are on a VERY tight budget.

Check on ebay, you can often find 3 or 4 bedroom homes a few miles from Disney for as little as $75 per night. We were about to book a 4 bedroom 4 bath house for a week in May for $550. However we found a great price on Bonnet Creek and went there instead.
