Where can I find the cheapest Disneyland 5 day hopper passes?

I have heard about ARES travel, Disneyland.com, AMA, and someone mentioned Vons--but i think you have to be a Anaheim resident to get that...any other places I am missing?

Thanks for all your help!

Have you tried looking at Mousesavers? I'd be interested in where to get them too.

When are you planning on going? Because right now Disneyland has everyone gets in for kids price until April 30th. So that is $174 each for a 5 day hopper. Also on line it says you save $40.00. I would contact the Disney Store and see if they have any of the everyone gets in for kids price tickets. With the exchange rate. I'm not sure what the price would be. Last time I bought ticket at the DS which was this past summer the price I paid at the DS was the same in CAD as the USD. Hopefully it is the same way now. Good luck and let us know what you find.

We aren't going until August so that won't work for us!

I tried the DS in WEM on Sunday. They only had $204 for 5 day tickets.
The manager told me that they are expecting to have the adults pay kids price ones in in the next 3 weeks. We leave in 3.5 weeks!
Hoping they will get them in sooner. I will keep calling to find out!

try Flight Centre....we went August 2008 and they were quite reasonable. You get a voucher via email that you exchange at the gate for your tickets. Prices were in CAD and were better than anything I found. $188 CAD for an 8 day park hopper with one early morning admission.

Just noticed you are looking for a 5 day hopper - its $173 CAD - even cheaper!! Hope this helps!

Have you tried "Getaway Today"? They now sell Disney passes for both California and Florida.

I've never heard of flightcenter- is it legitimate? You always hear about buying tickets from 'safe' places. But everything was fine for you??

Flight Centre is a huge travel agency - they are in most cities across Canada (except Quebec I think) and I believe internationally as well. They have actual travel agencies you can go to as well as a website. I used them quite a few years ago to book flights (before the internet - now I do everything myself!). I had absolutely no problems with buying our park passes and exchanging the vouchers at the gate in Disneyland. I liked using them because I paid in Canadian dollars, and their price was pretty darn good! Plus it was the only place I could find that would sell me an 8 day pass besides paying at the gate.

I just priced out tickets for a friend and the best price I found was at Expedia.ca.

You've never heard for flightcentre?? Where have you been?? ;) Hee hee just kidding.

Seriously it is a giant travel agency with locations all over Canada!
We always book our flights through them - we usually go into one of their travel agencies and book in person and have never ever had any problems. They are great!

We are going in August too. Our first trip there. :tigger: I will be running the Disneyland 1/2.
I was wondering will you be renting a car while you are there? We are still trying to decide what to do.:confused3

We will be renting a car b/c we aren't just doing DL - we will be spending about 10-2 weeks and taking time to do Hollywood, Universal, drive up the coast, visit my great aunt who will be almost 106 (yes that's ONE HUNDRED and SIX years old in September)

We will do probably 4 or 5 nights at DL then take the rest of the time to tour around so a car is a must!

I think that is what we are leaning towards too. I know for sure we want to go to Hollywood and do some other sight seeing so I think a car will be a must for us in the end. We are also visiting a relative in L.A when we are there. Have you been there before? Is there a car rental place that you would suggest?

Wow your great aunt is 106! It must be that great California weather. :goodvibes

Thanks for all your help.
I used Flightcentre.
It was $189 Canadian for a 5 day hopper pass.

So was much cheaper than Ares, Disneyland.com, DisneyStore, Expedia etc...

With the exchange rate where it was last week, I was very happy to be able to buy Canadian!

Do I have to buy a package with flight centre or can I just walk in and ask to purchase just DL tickets? TIA

Does your aunt happen to live in Yorba Linda? There is a community of people who easily live to approx 100. Did anyone see the Oprah, Dr. Oz about this? It's called a 'blue zone', one of only four in the world.
