Use Hotwire Hotrares or name your own price in Priceline. With either of these we have managed to snag the Hilton, Sheraton, etc. for under $90 per night. The nice thing with hotwire is you can make sure it is a hotel that offers shuttles so you wont need ART.
Another option is call Worldmark and see if they have any deals available if you attend one of their 90 minute timeshares. I have had them offer 3 to 5 night packages for as low as $50 plus tax total for the entire stay and included free parking. There may be other timeshares in the area offering similar deals, but many times with Worldmark you can attend the presentation near you and then use the package at a later date so you dont have to take time out of your vacation to attend it. You can usually do this once every1 to 3 years.
