Cheapest days of the week to fly

Planning a Sept trip. What do you think the cheapest days for flights are? planning an 8 night trip in Sept I think (might only be able to do 7)..

It varies, but usually mid-week is cheaper then Sunday - Monday and Friday travel.

Specifically, Tues, Wed, and Thurs. I often get the best fares on Tues and Thurs. Wed can be odd at times.
