Cheapest All Star resort price in October

Hi all!

I'm just curious what the best deal is that people have gotten on an All Stars resort in October/Fall. we're booked at Music and I believe it was $132 US/night. We've never stayed at a value before other than AoA, but we're sneaking this trip in and we want to make it as cheap as possible! Hoping we'll like it.

I don't know for the fall but I helped my friend book ASMovies for 140$ (preferred room) for the first week of March 2018 (low season). While looking at availabilities, we saw standard rooms at ASMu and ASSport for 115$/night. The cheapest I ever paid was 105$ at ASMovies in February but that was a few years ago.

Just finished booking a last minute trip. Secured Pop prefered room (only thing I could get, asked for cheapest)$145 for the night. This is for Jan 31. No DVC available. But wanted to get away and take advantage of the cheap flights with Frontier.

Just checked the email back from Disney. 3 different prices, 111, 160,120 for 2 nights each. Average out to 145/night. I understand the 160 being fri,sat but not the other. Oh well all good we are going.

I've used the Fall Free Dining promo for the past few yrs, paid rack rate & stayed at Sports for the past 2 years because 1) it was either the cheapest or tied with Music as cheapest and 2) the bus transpo is usually the best & most efficient of all the All Stars. First to be picked up & first to be dropped off when sharing.

Pop has gone to 3 prices ranges for each week. Fri,Sat are the $160, Sun,Thu are the $120 and Mon,Tue,Wed are $111. It's their way of squeezing just a little more out of us.
