Where's the cheapest place to get 4 day park hoppers? We do not live in So Cal.

Also are we better off doing 3 day park hoppers and trying to volunteer somewhere 'accepted by disney' and getting our 4th day free? The kids & I already do some volunteer stuff together - but it's not easy to find places that'll let a 3, 5 and 7 year old volunteer!

When are you going?

I see from your siggy that you are hoping for April...then get the discounted passes on the DLR website. They are cheaper than the standard kids price. But you have to purchase them by April 1.

YOu can use places like ares travel or getawaytoday.com, but I like just going through the disneyland website.

With the GAD thing, you would get your vouchers for the one-day, then you would get there, enter the park with the tix, then go upgrade them.

That way you get credit in the amount of the one day ticket towards your 4 day ticket. MUCH better deal, most likely, than getting a 3 day and using the voucher on its own.

First thing is that the minimum age for the GAD offer is 6, so 2 of your children are too young. You can purchase a 4-day ticket from www.getawaytoday.com for $157 adult or child.

Adding info that my pricing is assuming a trip before April, which is when the current ticket special expires.

If you purchased a 3-day ticket from getawaytoday, it would be $146, so if you used your voucher for the 4th day, its value would only be $9.

Alternately, if you used the voucher and then upgraded to a 4 day ticket, you'd pay the gate-price for the 4 day ticket, which would be $229 per adult and $199 per child. You'd be credited a one-day ticket price, but I don't know if they use the park hopper price or 1-park price. Assuming the worst case of 1-park price, the credit for adult is $72 & child is $62. So, you'd pay $157 to upgrade the adult ticket and $137 to upgrade the child ticket.

Since you can't use the GAD voucher for the 2 younger children, and the cost savings is negligible for the other adult & child ticket, I'd recommend just purchasing the 4-day ticket from getawaytoday.com.

You should definitely check my math, but I really think the only case I've seen where the GAD voucher is really of any value when used as a ticket is when someone is only planning to go to the park for 1-2 days.

Yep, everything said above in regards to to the GAD.

You might also want to check out arestravel.com In the past, I have, at times, found their tickets to be cheeper than GAT and disney.com
