There are several legitimate authorized ticket resellers. We usually use Undercover Tourist (www.undercovertourist.com). If you sign up for the Mousesavers.com newsletter that comes out on the 15th of each month, there is a link to UCT that saves a few dollars over the regular UCT prices. AAA and Maple Leaf Tickets are also reputable - you might check all to see which offers the best price on the tickets you want.
One thing to keep in mind - you will pay 6.5% tax on any tickets you buy. UCT's prices include tax and shipping. The prices on the Disney website don't include tax until you get to the checkout screen, so Disney may look cheaper, but it isn't.
I would stay away from Ebay and Craigslist. There is no way to verify the tickets have not been used until you get to the gates, which is too late. Partially used tickets are not tranferrable, so Disney won't help you if you buy tickets that have been used by someone else and find out they are not valid.
If you happen to be military, you can get 4-day Military Salute tickets until Sept 2011. (Note that you can't have a military friend purchase these for you - they must be activated at the gate by the military servicemember. But if you are one, it's a great deal!)
If you go to the locked sticky Everything About WDW Tickets in the TPA&S Forum, especially Post #20, you can get a lot more information. An easy way to get to the sticky is by clicking on the link in my signature.
I use a ticket broker I found in the Orlando area. Our family of 4 saved almost 40% off gate prices. Very legitimate. Had tickets in hand before I gave him our money. I have referred several friends as well. Send me a PM if you would like the contact info. Thanks!
