Cheaper options for 60 day Fastpasses?

We are going June 5th and June 6th to Hollywood Studios and MK and we would like to get the 60 day out booking for fastpasses. What are the hotels on the cheaper side than have the 60 day booking perk?

I know the Swan/Dolphin would be convenient since it is super close to HS but they aren't super cheap by any means.

Any other suggestions?

cheapest options are all star resorts or disney springs area hotels .
I did get Dolphin for $200 on priceline express for my april trip this year . if you know what to look for there pretty easy to find them on hotwire or priceline express . better bidding website can help you work out what hotel there normally are

I used to use hotwire and priceline for Disney trips before we started staying on property (and before the FP+ system). Better bidding definitely gets you to the point where you can pretty much predict which hotel you are getting before you pay on the bidding websites. My predictions have always been correct and I've probably used it half a dozen or so times. However, be careful, because if you are wrong you can't cancel and you don't want to end up at a resort that does not have the 60 day FP+. Dolphin/Swan are on there and I bet the the Hiltons, BW, and B Resort are too. All of those hotels willl get you the 60 day FP+.

Another trick to getting a cheaper hotel and still getting the 60 day FP+ is to open a Marriott credit card and start earning points. You can use Marriott Bonvoy points to book the Swan/Dolphin. You could likely do the same thing with a Hilton card.

Cheapest is usually the B or the Best Western but make sure you are 1000% clear on the resort fees, parking fees, and the lack of affordable on property breakfast.

PS Mousesavers often has deals that waive resort or parking fees (or throw in breakfast) at Disney Springs hotels. If you’re doing Disney on a budget make sure you’re getting their email newsletter.

It depends upon what you mean by "on the cheaper side". If you mean. you are looking for a lower priced deluxe resort than the Swan/Dolphin MIGHT be a good choice - it depends upon the time of year and what discounts you qualify for and are available. Out of the Disney Resorts on property, the Wilderness Lodge and the Animal Kingdom Lodge offer the lowest rates (in the deluxe category) for their rooms - especially standard rooms at AKL. If you want relatively low price and near the MK or Epcot areas, the WL is your best bet.

The lowest priced rooms owned by Disney would be in the All Star resorts, Pop Century and Little Mermaid rooms in Art of Animation.

Lowest prices of all are to be found in the Disney Springs area resorts (Not Disney owned).

There are all sorts of factors such as time of year, day of the week and any discounts that may be offered - these could impact the situation and result in a better deal at another location. However, as a general rule, the lowest prices are in the above resorts. Another option is to rent points to stay DVC, which will often get a lower price (for a deluxe stay) at one of the deluxe resorts. That requires booking at 11 months, paying up front and usually no cancellations or changes are possible.

Ooops! Forgot about the. campgrounds. Camping with a tent will often be the lowest cost of all, if you like that sort of thing, in Fort Wilderness.
