My husband likes the South Beach wrap meals --- but at $3.00 each, it's hard to justify, unless I have a coupon. So, this week, he's been trying "homemade" South Beach wraps.
I got low carb tortillas, good lunchmeat (with a coupon), and Sargento's shredded cheese (I had a $1 off coupon for the fancy blend). He's been taking a wrap, meat, cheese, and some baked lays (bought a big bag, with a coupon and we've been portioning it out). He said it's really good and he gets exactly what he wants.
This is a great thread. I've done the hotdogs and the baked potato ideas, but now I've found several more ideas.
When I get tired of soup and frozen dinners, I buy some of those microwave baked potatoes that cost about 50 cents each. They are specially wrapped for the microwave. Debby
