CHEAP resort needed in Jan

I am trying to find a cheap resort like atmosphere for my DB in Jan. Their only request is that there is a nice pool area (too cold for me ). They will not be going to any parks. They are interested in going on a timeshare tour possible also if you know of any good deals. Any suggestions?

Check out SkyAuction.com. Often, they have specials for Orlando-area resorts, and some of them do timeshares (although they're not required). I've seen them as cheap as $1 to win the auction (then there's a per diem hotel tax that can run anywhere from $12 to $50 a night, or a set weekly rate of $285 or so). What is their price range, and how long do they plan on staying?
