They sell reconditioned cartridges and ship free. They often send discount codes, on top of great prices. I've used them for about a year and am very pleased. I've found their customer service to be great also!

If it is just b&w text you could use your local The UPS Store franchise. Probably run about 5-6 dollars. If its color ask them about discounts.
