Walmart has a 3 pack for around $7-$8. Or michaels/ac Moore with a coupon.

If you're just looking for a tote to carry things around, you can get the Target tote at Target for 99cents.

If you're looking for a larger (waterproof) one, the grocery stores have them for 99 cents also or TJ Maxx or Bed Bath and Beyond have really nice large ones for $1.99

Walgreens has a two pack for $5 of a back pack type tote. The braided ropes draw close. If you need one large enough for the plane and parks, I found a few nice ones at Walmart check out that were generic teal print.
