Are the prices in U.S Dollars?
What are the shipping fees like?

It's been a while, but I have bought from Cheap Pins Yes, the prices are in US dollars, and I don't remember the shipping being a big issue for me, so it must have been reasonable. The pins came quickly and I paid with a credit card. HTH!
