we like a mock key lime pie.
1 fat free ready graham cracker crust (the rest of the ingredients should not be fat free as it will turn out runny)
1 pkg lime gelatin
1 10 oz container whipped topping (store brand is fine)
2 6 oz containers lime yogurt (yoplait rich and creamy)
lime zest.
boil 1/4 cup of water. Add the gelatin. mix until gelatin is disolved. whisk in the yogurt. fold in the whipped topping. top with some lime zest.
freeze over night. defrost 1 hour before serving. Serves 8
This dessert is always a hit.... you can also substitute lime for raspberry and add dark chocolate shavings... awesome! you can make it in any flavor
