Cheap Eskimo toy /doll ideas

Has anyone come across any eskimo dolls or toys while out shopping say at like a Target or Walmart. I am looking for an idea of something to get for my 2 year old who is hung up on a picture of an eskimoe doll in an arctic picture book. We live in Florida so there aren't many stores out this way that sell that type stuff.

American Girl had Dolls of Many Lands and had a beautiful Eskimo doll..Mulik? I think that was the name. It came with a book, they are on Ebay now.
