there are a ton of good stands in the countries. Mexico has a stand that is not too expensive and very good, Germany has a stand w/ different sausages, UK has a stand w/ fish and chips and potatoes
We eat at the Sunshine Season Food Fair in The land Pavilion when we want a filling meal that is more than just burgers, but not super expensive.
The think I like about it is that there are different options so you don't all have to get the same type of food.
They have everything from soup to pasta and deserts and sandwiches.
The Beaver Tails at the Candian Pavillion. I think we paid four bucks for the maple/chocolate. Man was it tasty. I'm a big guy, and it was still more than enough for DW and me both. And another vote for the Fish and Chips from the counter in the UK. Good value.
in Epcot is a cinese counter service place. The plates are only like 6.50-8 and have a decent amount of food. Take a lot at Deb Wills disney info site- she has menus with prices listed.
Another vote for the Food Fair in The Land. We have had excellent soup, wrap sandwiches, and fruit salad. This is also good when everyone is in the mood for something different, and there is always a place to sit.
The pastry shop in France has a great Ham and Swiss croissant that they heat up for you...and I think it's only like 3 bucks. That and a chocolate eclaire makes a great lunch.
