Cheap Delta flight - RDU to MCO

I have been monitoring the Delta website for months hoping for a real great fare from Raleigh-Durham to Orlando in November. My whole family had vouchers from previous flights on Delta. Well, yesterday I noticed the fare had dropped from approximately $140 to $90 so I jumped on it and all 5 of us got tickets after all of our vouchers for just over $200. One is an infant so she got a seat for half price.

I have been checking all flights from RDU to Orlando including Delta and the cheapest price Ihave found is $269 RT.

Guess I need to keep checking.

Hey Ladygator - we're practically neighbors!

I have had Travelocity's Fare Watcher set to look for fares from RDU to MCO for November. I got an email yesterday advertising fares for $86 and I nearly swallowed my tongue!

But the last day of travel is the 15th and we're returning on the 18th...so we can't take them right now. I'll have to keep looking.

But congrats on getting those $90 tickets! Enjoy your trip!

We got tickets for the beginning of Sept. from RDU to MCO for 116.00 roundtrip. $90.00 is awesome!!

I see quite a few people located in this area. Seems to me like we should consider a mini DIS meet or Pin trading event if anyone is interested.

Anyone have ideas on how to get this kind of thing started? Maybe we could meet at Crabtree or something like that.
