cheap childs suitcase?

where can i find a cheap suitcase for a child? those little plastic type things on wheels? A disney one would be great too! thanks!

Did you check toysrus and amazon.com? I've seen some there ~ don't know how cheap they are.

Not sure about Disney ones but Walmart or Sams usually have small cheap luggage for kids. Last year I got a kids set (same suitcase, carry bag and little backpack) from Sams for less than $10 and my nieces and nephews love them. The wheels light up. I've also gotten the kids size ones at Walmart for around $10 but that wasn't a "set". The ones I've purchased have always been around 16-18 inch rolling suitcases but no design on them.

TARGET!!! They have some with designs and also plain colored ones. They are usually under $20.

Something to consider. The type of suitcase you are talking about is cheap and colorful but not very sturdy and won't last very long. We got DD one several years ago and the thing wore out quickly. When it did, we invested in a real suitcase for her at a local luggage specialty store. She picked out a nice Travelpro bag which she loves and is excellent quality. We've traveled all over with it the past 2 years and it still looks brand new. I've even used it a couple of times for short trips when I didn't need a bag as large as mine. I'm sure she will have it for many, many years to come. It costs more upfront but is well worth it to buy quality for the long term.

Target had some Spiderman and Care Bears rolling type for about $12 on clearance.We had bought them a few weeks before for the kids bdays for $20.

If you have a big lots in your area check them out. They have the luggage on wheels and I bought one three years ago from there and have used it alot, still holding up fine. They are pretty inexpensive too,

Always check Disney Direct, for some reason back in January I was browsing the internet and came across a Lizzie Maguire one for 15.00.

We got rolling suitcases (kid size) at WalMart over 2 years ago, and they're holding up just fine! We use them often on trips, overnighters, etc. They've been checked in luggage for air flights, too. Best thing is, they were only $10 each! I see them still at WalMart, usually on an end display. They are canvas, solid colors. We got royal blue and red.

We got our daughter that same plain Walmart roller bag-- I then decorated it with fabric paint (not all over, just a little pink flower garden over the main zipper pocket).

All of the discount stores carry some sort of children's luggage. I wasn't looking for any, so I didn't check the prices.

A small rolling duffel might be an idea, too. I have a 17" Samsonite that I like to use as a carry-on, but also has been checked numerous times during the past 3 year. It has a two-position handle, probably about 24" and 30", so it might be suitable for a child, depending on height. I bought it on sale for about $20, although I've seen them for less on clearance.

If you want to stash in under an airline seat, be sure to purchase something less than 16" long if it's a rolling bag. My 17" will fit under an aisle seat (SWA), but not the center or window seats, since it isn't flexible. It's great in the overhead bins, though, as I can place it with the handle facing out and be ready to exit quickly!

I got my boys matching Monsters, Inc. ones at the Ebay store - I think it is called Deals at Disney? It's something like that - they had great deals - and the suitcases were on wheels, and not cheaply made. I got each suitcase for 19.99 (this was last year).
