I am boiling the chicken as we type....or as I type....
8 chicken thighs boiled.....after it is done take off the skin and fat
in another large pot..
one pound of hamburg scrambled
cook it with chopped green peppers ...onions and celery....all chopped
when it is good and cooked
add two large cans of either tomatoes that has been put thru the blender or two large cans of tomato sauce and one of tomato puree
one large can of tomato paste and one can of water added
when it is all incorporated really good
add the chicken thighs with bone ....cook on low heat
in maybe five hours the sauce should be nice and done

I have also made meatballs and dropped them into the sauce too....I cook them in the sauce as the sauce simmers all day
this is sooooo good.....I can just eat the chicken by itself.....

omg I almost forgot to put in the seasonings.....you know like garlic and oregano.....and stuff like that.......to your liking.....
