Cheap cheap cheap hotel in Niagara Falls?

I didn't know where else to post this....

DBF and I are going to take a quick trip up to the falls in July ... mid week trip so it's even cheaper yet Last year I stayed at Cadillac Hotel.. it was seedy but SO CHEAP and within walking distance of EVERYTHING!

The closer to the falls and Clifton Hill, the better.. any other hotel suggestions and where to get the cheapest rates?

A couple of years ago we stayed at a place that was within walking distance to Casino Niagara, and we walked to the falls, it was more of a motel than a hotel, but was nice and clean. I believe it was called Inn by the falls. Family run, I think we paid about $100.00/night midweek, but that was last minute, might be cheaper with some planning. Also included a continental breakkie.
It had a pool and a hot tub. We stayed for 2 days, and didn't take the car out once.
If you want I can try and find the business card as I would stay there again.

We also stayed at The Inn By The Falls and was very satisfied with the room. It was our anniversary and we decided to get the suite with the heart shaped jacuzzi tub too! I would stay there again as it was clean and neat.

Try priceline - usually saves money and you get a better hotel.
