My last few trips I've ordered a case of bottled water from COSTCO delivered to my hotel.

COST: $6.79 delivered.

I order 4 or 5 days before my trip. You need to include your name, confirmation #, arrival date, hotel name & address on the shipping label. and yes, it all fits.

The hotel receives the package and links it to your reservation. On check in, they tell you you have a package and Bell Services deliveries it or you can pick it up.

Sure beats paying for water at the parks!!

Where do you order it from just the costco online website? I have never seen it sold there unless you have a business membership.

I order it from the regular COSTCO website.

search "bottled water" on the site. It will show you a case of Nestle's Water.

Here it is with Item # :;

I think they charge something ridiculously small...like 35 cents...if your not a member. Definitely worth it.

We did this in 2007 at WDW and in 2008 at Universal. We will be doing it again in 2009 at WDW - works great. We always ship 2 cases for our famiy of 5 - $14.00. What a deal.

Awesome! Just placed my order. We will be arriving tomorrow night. I hope to have it at least by Monday. It will save quite a bit of money. Woohoo!

at disney hotels & dvc timeshare units. i don't know about off site hotels or condos.

Just ordered a case for $6.41 Thanks for the great tip.
We will be arriving on Saturday C.B.R.

Thanks for the reminder! I just ordered ours for our arrival this weekend. $6.10 DEFINITELY beats paying Disney prices for water that we all need! Although it will lead to more trips to the restroom... :rotfl:

Did this for our trip from 12/6 - 12/13 ... 3 adults and 2 kids - 1 casewas nearly perfect. We had about 4 bottles left over, but saved lots of $$$$. It's the way to go. Ordered it 4 dasy before we arrived (arrived on a Saturday) and according to the tracking it arrived on the Thursday. They delivered it to our room after we arrived. One of the best tips I've used!

We asked at the front desk if we had any packages, they said yes
to call bell services when you get to your room.
I ordered it from Costco they sent me a email so I could track, it arrived
at the CBR on 12/10/08 and it was signed for by Lori. We arrived on 12/13/08 The best $6.41 I ever spent for water its a great tip I have told people at work and whoever else about this tip.

Has anybody done this that isn't a member? I belong to BJ;s so I don't want ot join a second club:confused3

I don't believe you need to join Costco to do this. They charge you an extra 35 cents or something.

Does anyone have the AKL address for shipping purposes?

We don't belong to Costco and we did this in November. It worked beautifully and, as someone said earlier, there was a ridiculously small charge (way less than a dollar) that was added on because we weren't members.

how much does a case like this cost at walmart? wondering if it would save to buy ahead- we have a car

We just got back from OKW this morning. We took ME. Costco was the best way to go for water. It was waiting for us at bell services and it was very cheap! I definitely say go for it. In the past we've done garden grocer or had a car and went shopping but we were only there for 4 days and our DGS is now 31/2 so we needed a lot less of the baby stuff. So we ordered the water from Costco and I ordered bagels, cream cheese, milk, orange juice and cereal boxes for breakfast from the General Store. It was very reasonable considering thateverything was in the room and in the fridge when we got there at 11:00 pm. We didn't have to stress the next morning

This is an awesome tip, I never would have thought of it. Thanks tons!!

I just read somewhere that Disney charges $5 for accepting shipments in your name.
Does anybody know if this is true? :confused3

If it is, then that's a deal breaker as the water would cost too much to justify sending it.
