I'm not sure what happend but it sounds like someone creepy is bothering you. You already asked that he leave you alone and he refuses. Does your teacher know? Is there anything that can be done? The only thing I could think of is a restraining order.

That's very scary Gina. I used to attract guys with stalking tendencies when I was younger. Never had a full blown stalker, but some that just couldn't or wouldn't understand that I didn't like or want to date them. As a matter of fact I attracted my first stalker when I was in 7th grade.

the lawyer friend couldn't get an order to keep him away....and only option is to leave school....this upset me to no end...

I went to school last week and DH followed me and guess who was waiting on me.

So what did your DH do? If that was my DH I have a feeling I would be hiring an attorney right now to keep him from getting the death penalty!

It was not pretty when DH got out of his truck and went after him....infact..well, I promised not to talk about it ...so SHHHHHHHHHHH....

DH has court next week, and the thing that ticks me off is that this guy can press charges...and I could do nothing..

Why can't you get a restraining order? That doesn't make sense that they won't agree to give you one after all you've been through so far.
