Thanks guys I really appreciate it And B you are so right. I read once about how you aren't supposed to do so much stressful stuff at once cuz it is really hard on you and your family/relationship etc. And I have just about all of them LOL. Divorce, new job, don't have a death or moving but dh moved out so I had to get a bunch of stuff to replace what he took LOL.

But I am sure it will be ok. I think the biggest thing I am going to miss is not being able to volunteer since this is shelby's last year in elementary and also not being able to just BE there for them. School vacations and such. But millions of people have to do it so I will find a way too.

So excited for you guys and can't wait to hear how it was and see all your pics!!

Hello!

My mom and I haven't made our reservations yet but we were planning to stay at the Carousel. I think we were able to get a group rate of $119 per night and that includes the resort fees and parking.

If there's a BW cheaper and not too far away my mom would be fine changing hotels. Rochelle (or who ever wants to) can room with us and connecting rooms are fine. My mom showers at night and I shower in the morning so some of you could use our shower if needed.

Megan, your littles ones are getting so big! And wow, a crotch-rocket?!?! You go girl! I'm too much of a chicken.

I rode on the back of my DBF's ZX-14 once and I swear we were going 100 and he tells me we were only going 40. Lol! I though I was going to fall off the back.

I've missed the nightly pumpkins.

Are you all planning on doing the scavenger hunt? I'm not going to this year plus it takes up so much of the day. I'd rather hang out with you guys.

I don't think I'm doing the scavenger hunt. I bet it will be fun to watch the groups scurry off and the prizes at the end.

I will need to look over the list of activities and decide which ones I really want to do. There was mention of Jazz Kitchen, I know Megan likes it, we went on the very first meet and again on that very wet visit. I will need to check over the menu, the one on allears didn't list any veg friendly dishes ? but most places have at least one dish. Of course there is always salad, but that gets very boring -I'm not a salad lover anyway.. now soup, I could eat soup everyday!

Thankfully we have time to iron out the little details, reservations, etc.

hehehehe.... I WANT a Hayabusa. But its a 1350 and I think thats to much power for little ole me. My husband said if I get any speeding tickets I have to get a job and pay for them myself! Plus I just like the way Hayabusa sounds... Pretty sure its Japanese for 'red stain on back of semi'

I signed up, too, but in the middle category, the one where you get to take potty breaks.

Alison I think told me she signed up too, but I don't know which group/pace. Megan thought it probably is the super-speedies.

I've never eaten @ Jazz Kitchen, but am willing to give it a try. I'm not terribly fond of Cajun/Creole, but I'm sure there will be something there to eat. (Might have to take after Sarah's mom and go straight for dessert... And it IS Megan's favorite place, so we gotta.

OMG OMG guess what!!! I was telling mom at work today how bummed I was that we couldn't go cuz I REALLY wanted to meet you guys and how you don't go all that often and she said when she tried to book our carribean cruise the airfare had gone up and it was ridiculous. So I said why don't we do the ensenada one and then be back in time to go on the diva trip. So that is what we are doing!!!!

We are going on a cruise for M-F but we get back Fri at 8 then my ex is going to fly down and take the girls to DL while we do diva stuff!!! We will hang out with him when there is no diva stuff going on but then we have him to watch them for when there is!!

So excited. We are staying at the DL hotel. Mom got a GREAT rate being a senior so I am SUPER excited.

Def want to hang with you guys and Rochelle. Can't wait!!!!!

GAH!!! I have been having stinking internet issues all flipping day. But I think it might actually be resolved now. Seriously, my internet has been cutting out like every 30 secinds or so since about 8 this morning. Dont they know I have stuff to do!! Its been beyond pissing me off.

YAY Kelly for being able to come with us on the trip. How fun will that be! WAY fun. Thats how much.

I made a boo boo though LOL. I used our air credits to book the girls and I flight and accidently booked my ex's flight for Mon instead of Fri LOL. So I had to call SW and get them to fix it for me.

But as of now we have our flight DOWN and then we are going to buy the flight home SOON. We are planning to stay till about 5 on Sunday.

SO excited. Can't wait to meet you guys and hang with ya!!

Today was beautiful and warmer, makes up for yesterday
wet and gloomy. Feeling much better, not quite up to full steam though.
I made a fake out of chipotle burrito bowl, yum! Loving
farmer's market goodies until the season is over, beautiful
locally grown bell peppers, onions, cilantro, heirloom tomatoes- pretty yellows and juicy red ones... If only we could have it year round! Ah well, next month it's back to frozen and boring basics (carrot, celery-- blah).

First, I would like to say hi to Alex! I know it's been quite some time since I last spoke to you. I hope you are doing well. I'm glad you are going on the ladies trip!

FB is the easiest way to get a hold of me or texting. I know I have neglected the DIS. I miss posting on here and chatting with you and some other ladies. I just wanted to drop in and say hi. I miss you guys and am glad you guys are chatting on here again.

Im having this kinda morning. I ha ve told Alex and Kaylee a thousand damn times. BE QUIET in the morning. You are going to wake up the twins. DONT FIGHT in the mornings. I dont want to wake up to that crap.. and you are going to WAKE UP THE TWINS. They dont nap, then they fight and grump and whine and fight and grump ALL DAY LONG. GRRRRR.

Yeah. They woke up the twins. At 6:30. My eyes are still blurry. They both look really tired.... Hopefully they DO nap.
